NASTAVITEV DLETASTEGA NOŽA
Za dober in natančen rez noža »G« (slika 9)
je izredno pomembno, da se ta ravno prilega
na krožna noža »H«. Zato redno nadzorujte
pravilno nastavitev in lego noža. Če se zaradi
obrabe rezilo noža ne dotika enakomerno
krožnih nožev, odvijte vijak »K« in približajte
nož proti krožnima nožema. Pri neenaki
obrabi rezila noža lahko uporabite nasprotno
stran.
V primeru, da po nastavitvi noža še niste
dosegli željenega uspeha, poglejte, če sta
krožna noža v isti ravnini. Če nista v ravnini,
potem odvijte vijak »I« (slika 9) in matice »Z«
(slika 13) tistega bobna, ki ni v ravnini. Z
vrtenjem štirioglatega nastavka gredi »V« v
desno, se premakne nož navzdol, z vrtenjem
v levo pa navzgor. Po izravnavi krožnih
nožev vijak »I« in matico »Z« zopet trdno
privijte.
Pri montaži pazite, da ne pride umazanija
med nož in boben.
ADJUSTING THE CHISEL BLADE
For a precise cut of the blade »G« (fig. 9) it is
very important that it fits to the oval blades
»H«. Therefore check regularly the correct
adjustment and position of the blade. If the
blade is worn out and does not touch evenly
the oval blades, unscrew the screw »K« and
move the blade closer to oval blades. If the
blade is unevenly worn out you can use its
opposite side.
If after the adjustment you still don’t get the
required effect check if the oval blades are in
the same level. If not, unscrew the screw »I«
(fig. 9) and nuts »Z« (fig. 13) on the
unleveled drum. By turning the 4-edge part
»V« to the right the blade lowers, by turning it
to the left it raises. After adjusting the oval
blades screw tightly the screw »I« and the
nut »Z« again.
Make sure the dirt does not get between
blade and drum while adjusting.
