INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE WORK
Working with Maize-cob harvester is simple,
however all the instructions must be read and
taken into consideration before use, in order
to assure quality and safe work.
Take into consideration when working with
the machine:
1. The law of protection at work
2. Safety regulations at agricultural work
3. Safety regulations at maintenance of
motor vehicles and transport with motor
vehicles.
4. Producer’s instructions.
Producer’s instructions:
• Person working with Maize-cob harvester
must be well informed about its
operation.
• Persons working with or being in the
range of the machine must take strictly
into consideration all safety and
information decals sticked on the
machine and written in the instructions.
• IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED
THE MACHINE MANUALLY OR ANY
INTERVENTION ON THE MACHINE,
WHILE RUNNING.
• At any intervention in Maize-cob
harvester shut off the engine and tractor.
• During start of and work with the
machine, all safety devices and
protections must be on the machine.
• Nobody is allowed to keep on or near the
machine while the machine is working or
tipping.
• Fix the PTO Shaft protection with chain.
• The pin of the hitch must be secured with
suitable spring clip.
• Do not drive with hopper lifted.
• For work on the slope machine is
supplied with protection wich prevent
comcob to drop out. Protection is
necessary add only if you work on the
slope (fig. 3).
