• "Wing" sound is the operation sound of radiating fan.
It is not failure and if the noise is too loud, contact the
Customer service Center.
• The sound "Took" during water intake is the operation
sound of the valve.
It is not failure.
• This water purifier is installed with a compressor, so
there is a noise like a refrigerator.
• A sound of water flowing may occur in the product.
This sound is the sound of the cooling water in the
heat exchange tank rotating for heat exchange. It is not
failure and if the noise is too loud, contact the Customer
service Center.

• Close Water Supply Valve, remove the power cord and,
then, contact the Customer service Center.

• Short Period (10 days or less Water, water, and hot water

customer service center for inspection.

Micro particles in
purified water
Bubble generated during
water supply
• If there is micro particles after 5 minutes of water in the
water cup, shake the water cup 5 to 6 times to check
for micro particles. If the micro particles are still found,
replace the filters by requesting the Customer service
Center.

• Water intake amounts may decrease when used with
other products.
Stop using the water paucet and take water.
End of filter life
• Replace the filters after checking filter replacement cycle.
• If the water intake amount is still low after replacing the
filters, contact the Customer service Center.
Instant hot water is
operating
(WPU-A700/A710)
• When hot water is taken, the cold water is instantly
heated. Therefore, the hot water speed can be slower
than that of cold water or purified water.
• In the area where the installation water pressure is low,
the water intake speed can be slow.
Steam is sprayed
while using hot
water
(WPU-A700/A710)
Power supply is high
(If it is not a product
failure)
• A power supply voltage (220 V) higher than that of the
standard power supply may nor proper for Hot Water.
• If steam is continuously produced, ask the Customer
service Center.
When water doesn’t
come out while
using hot water

Bubble generation of
instantaneous hot water
(If it is not a product
failure)
• Since the water is instantly heated by hot water, air
bubbles may be generated during water intake and the
flow of water may be interrupted.
When lukewarm

(Product is not failure)
• If hot water is not hot, try the second cup.
• Try reconnecting the power (unplug the power cord and
plug it in again after 10 seconds).

intake button] and check the temperature (Be careful
because the water is hot.)
Failure of the heater for
Instant Hot Water
• It’s an Instant Hot Water Heater’s failure. Contact the
Customer service Center and replace the heater.
When hot water
does not come out

Hot Water Lock
(While the product is
normal)
• Touch the hot button and lock button simultaneously
for more than 5 seconds to unlock. If the hot water does
not come out even after unlocking, please contact the
customer service center.
Instant Hot Water’s part
defect
• It’s an Instant Hot Water Heater’s failure. Contact the
Customer service Center and replace the heater.
