TV Guide Quick Links
Many of the genre tabs in the TV Guide contain Quick Links to give
you quick and easy access to different parts of the Sky Guide.
Channels will display the channel listing for the genre you have
selected.
Planner links through to the recordings of the same genre in
your Planner.
On Demand links to the library of On Demand content for that
genre. Connect your Sky±HD box to any broadband router to access
the full On Demand service.
Sky Store links are available in Movies and take you to Sky Store
in On Demand. If you are in Sports or Music genres, then you will see
Rentals which takes you to Sky Box Office events.
Search lets you search for more than just the title of a show if your
Sky+HD box is connected to a broadband router - try an actor’s name,
a sports team, an event or anything else you can think of. If your
Sky±HD box is not connected to your broadband router, then you will
just be able to search for specific programme titles in the genre
you selected.
TV Guide Quick Links can be turned off in the Options menu.
Press services (for Options), then press down and select the
Customise tab. Press ch- to view the second page of settings,
and with TV Guide Quick Links highlighted press left/right to
choose Off. Press the
green button to save your changes.
All the genre tabs in the TV Guide will now display channel
listings only.
