LOSS PROTECTION PLAN
Loss Protection Fee must be accepted at the time of install and paid continuously for the life of the pro-
gram to qualify. Replacement cost is reduced to $150.00 per individual component. Loss Protection Fee
applies to lost, stolen or accidental damage of goods. Stolen goods must be supported by a Police
Report.
If a police report has not been supplied to head oice within 7 days the participant will be
billed the full cost of unrecovered items.
