TheButtonsExplained–ON/OffandModeSelectionetc

Mode
TapthisbuttontocycletheChameleonthermostatthroughtheavailablemodes,Heat
only, Cool only ,Auto season change over mode(Shownby both Heat andCool on at
the same time), Emergency Heat (if fitted), and OFF. When setting the
 Chameleon to
OFFmode,the fan mode will automaticallychangeto Fan Automode so the fan does
notcontinuetorununexpectedly. 
(Note–NotallmodesmaybeactiveonyourChameleon)

O/RIDE(Override)
CommercialProgrammableMode.

This button initiates the afterhours run timer where, for an installer  programmed
periodthe Chameleonwillreplacethestopprogramtemperaturesandtemporarilyuse
thestartprogramtemperaturesforapresetperiod.

ResidentialProgrammabl eMode.

The “O/RIDE” button is used to override the current programs time schedule and to
holdthecurrentlysettemperatureindefinitely. Thissettemperaturewillbemaintained
untilreleasedtheheldtemperaturebytapping the“O/RIDE”buttonagain.Holdwillbe
displayedintheLCDtoconfirmthisfunctionis
active.
