  If the cord of your SmartPool Vacuum Cleaner is twisting, several factors could be responsible. It might be due to an obstruction in the pool, which you should remove. Another reason could be that too much cord is in the pool; use only enough cord for the cleaner to reach the bottom, allowing it to pull in extra cord as needed. Excessive coiling can also cause this, so uncoil the cord. Finally, ensure you disconnect the cord from the power supply after each use to relieve tension.
