6) Place the prongs of meter into the back
of the Cable harness, connect the other
end of the Cable to the Power Supply
and turn the Power Supply to the ON
position.
Important: Leave the Cable plugged into
the Pump Motor for an accurate reading.
• If the voltage drop through the cable is >4Vdc, then proceed to section entitled: Replacing the Cable.
• If the voltage drop through the cable is <4Vdc, then proceed to the next step of the evaluation.
RESULTS
5) Test the voltage through
the Cable: Loosen the
pressure fitting to the
Cable and gently pull on
the wires to expose the
connection.
