Attach the camera mount to the wall using appropriate screws and plugs for your wall type.
Insert a Class 10 MicroSD card (max 128 GB) for recording footage. Ensure the camera is powered off.
Download the SW360 app, then create and verify your user account via email for camera management.
Configure camera name, video quality, motion detection, recording options, and formatting via the app setup screen.
Access live camera view, rotate, zoom, take snapshots, use two-way audio, and record footage from the mobile app.
Ensure camera is close, try resetting, enable location services, or check Wi-Fi network list.
Reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds to restore original factory settings.
