4 Controlling your lights
You have now converted your regular wall switch to a smart switch. You can now fully
control your smart bulb with your existing wall switch, rather than just turning it on or
off.
4.1 HomeWizard App
When your wall switch convertor is connected to the Link gateway you can not only
use the HomeWizard App to control your bulbs, but you also have the following addi-
tional options:
– Adjust the toggle mode of your traditional wall switch;
– Create various scenes and activate them with your wall switch.
4.2 Manual operation
If you have paired the wall switch converter directly to the light bulb, the following
standard toggle mode is in use:
– Toggle your wall switch once to turn the connected bulbs on or off.
– Toggle your wall switch twice to switch between white and colour mode (only
works when you have coloured bulbs).
– Toggle your wall switch three times to dim the connected bulbs. Toggle the switch
once when you have reached the desired brightness.
– Toggle your wall switch four times to change the colour of the connected bulbs.
Toggle the switch once when you have reached the desired colour.
If you have multiple bulbs connected to your wall switch convertor in different states
(for example one is turned on, and another is turned off):
– Toggle your wall switch twice to synchronise all connected bulbs to the same
state.
