What To Do If......

The machine doesn’t
turn on.
Plug not connected. Connect the plug.
Plug not fully connected. Fully connect the plug to the
machine.
ON-OFF (9) button not
pressed.
Press the button to start the
machine.
ON-OFF (9) button not
working.
Contact an authorised
service centre.
The machine is on but
does not work.
Empty tank alarm or missing
(LED 37 on).
Make sure the tank is
correctly assembled or
ll with water, or rinse to
remove any scale residues.
No coffee alarm (LED 38
on) .
Pour coffee beans in the
relevant container.
Grounds container alarm
(LED 39 on).
Empty the grounds container.
Note: empty by removing
the drawer for at least 15
seconds with the machine
on. Alarm 39 ashes to
indicate the counter was
correctly reset.
Grounds container alarm
(LED 39 ashing).
Grounds container not
correctly assembled or
internal drip tray missing.
Reassemble the components.
Generic alarm (LED 40
ashing).
Make sure the brewing
group is correctly assembled
and the door closed.
Generic alarm (LED 40 on). Open the access door,
remove the brewing unit,
check and clean the
movement area. If the
problem persists, contact an
authorised service centre.
Mandatory descaling alarm
on (LED 41 ashing).
Run a descaling cycle.
