Why does my Smeg DNP93SL Dryer take so long to dry?

Several factors can cause extended drying times. The fibre filters (both interior and exterior) might be clogged, so wash them with warm water and dry. The condenser front side may be blocked, requiring cleaning. Ensure the ventilation grills aren't obstructed and that the room is adequately ventilated. A lime layer on the humidity sensor can also be a factor, so clean the sensor. Avoid overloading the dryer, and ensure laundry is adequately wrung before drying.
