Step 7:
Re-install gasket on cover. (If it
w
as rem
oved) (Fig I)
Step 8:
Re-install gear cover back onto winch using the previously rem
oved bolts. (Fig J)
Step 9:
Once all bolts are tighten check operation of new clutch lever by turning between engaged
mode and free spool mode. You should feel the “click” and feel it lock into position. Installation
is now complete.
