If your Smooth Fitness Treadmill displays 'E1', first, remove and re-insert the safety key to restart it. If the error persists, check that all cable connections are secure. If the treadmill doesn't move after pressing 'Start', inspect for any obstructions. If it runs briefly and then stops, check the sensor near the front roller's flywheel for looseness or defects. Also, verify the motor wires are securely connected. If the issue remains unresolved, it is recommended to contact stores for service.
