Why are the activation button lights not lighting up on my Smoothskin Personal Care Products handset?

If the activation button lights on your Smoothskin handset aren't lighting up when placed against your skin, there might be a few reasons. First, ensure that the power supply is properly plugged in. Next, make sure the Skin Tone Sensor is fully pressed against your skin. Finally, it's possible that your skin tone is too dark for the treatment; check your skin tone against the skin tone chart in the user guide.
