ASSEMBLY
UNPACKING
This product requires no assembly.
Carefully remove the product and any
accessories from the box. Make sure
that all items listed in the packing list are
included.
Inspect the product carefully to make sure
no breakage or damage occurred during
shipping.
Do not discard the packing material
until you have carefully inspected and
satisfactorily operated the product.

OPERATION
For complete charging instructions, refer to
the Operator’s Manuals for your battery pack
and charger models.
NOTE: To avoid serious personal injury,
always remove the battery pack and keep
hands clear of the lock-out button when
carrying or transporting the tool.
INSTALL BATTERY PACK
Place the battery pack in the hedge
trimmer. Align groove in battery pack with
raised rib on hedge trimmer. See figure 2.
Make sure the latch on the hedge trimmer
snaps in place and that battery pack is
secured in hedge trimmer before beginning
operation.
REMOVE BATTERY PACK
Locate the latch on the hedge trimmer and
depress to release the battery pack from
the hedge trimmer. See Figure 2.
Remove battery pack from the hedge
trimmer.
