Troubleshooting Tip
My phone isn’t ringing for incoming calls, but I can make calls out.
If you can make outgoing calls on your phone but your incoming calls are going directly to
your answering service solution, it is likely your phone is set to Do Not Disturb (DND).
Usually this happens incidentally when the DND button is pushed by accident. Simply take
your phone off DND by pressing the DND button to resolve this issue.
