4. FAULTS – CAUSES AND REMEDIES

REMEDY
Underload: only dashes appear at the
bottom of the display field.
Switch the scales off and then
on again. The zero point is reset
automatically.
Overload: only dashes appear at the
top of the display field. Maximum
weighing range is exceeded.
Remove part of the weighed
goods from the scales, or
switch the scales off and then
on again. The zero point is reset
automatically.
Scales not stabilised when resetting.
Test the scales with a force
shunt.
If you are unable to correct the fault or if other error messages appear, please contact your
service partner.
