However, if this happens frequently, verify that your grid voltage and frequency are within the acceptable range. If they are not, contact technical support. If the voltage and frequency are normal, inspect the AC circuit breaker and AC wiring. If problems persist despite correct voltage/frequency and wiring, contact technical support to adjust the inverter's protection settings after getting approval from your local grid operator.
