Why is water dripping inside from my Soleus Air Air Conditioner?

If water is dripping inside the room from your Soleus Air Air Conditioner, it could be due to a couple of reasons: * The air conditioner might not be correctly tilted towards the outside. Ensure it's slightly tilted downward from the front to the rear for proper water drainage. * The drain plug might be unplugged. Make sure to firmly press on the drain plug located at the front, bottom-left side of the unit.
