Making a Call
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap on the Phone
( ).
The Phone screen with last dialed number,
frequently called contacts, call history ( ), dial
pad ( ) and Call Options ( ) are displayed.
To dial a number use one of the following options:
• Call history: Tap on the call History icon ( ). Tap
on the phone icon beside the contact or tap on the
contact, and tap on the number.
• Dial pad: Tap on the dial pad. The numeric touch
keypad is displayed. Enter the phone number and
tap the phone icon to make a call.
To dial an international number, prex the phone
number with the respective country code.
• Frequently called contacts/numbers: Tap the
specic contact/number from the frequently called
numbers list to make a call.
Calling a Number Via People
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap on the Phone
( ).
2. Scroll to the contact and tap the contact. The
contact details are displayed.
3. Tap the required phone number to call the contact.
Answering an Incoming Call
To answer/reject an incoming call, touch the white phone
icon ( ) and slide over one of these icons:
Icons Description
Answer the call.
Disconnect the call.
Disconnect the call and respond with
a default text message from a list of
response text messages.
Adding a Contact From Phone Screen
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap on the Phone
( ).
2. Tap on Call options ( ).
3. Tap on New contact.
4. Enter the contact details and tap on Done.
Viewing All Contacts from Phone Screen
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap on the Phone
( ).
2. Tap on Call options ( ).
3. Tap on All contacts.
Viewing Call History
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap on the Phone
