If you are experiencing connection issues with your Sonnen Storage system's web interface or the internet portal, there are a couple of things to check: * First, ensure that the Ethernet cable connecting your storage system to your home network's router is securely plugged in. * Second, verify that your home network's router is configured to allow connections on the following ports: TCP ports 443 (https) and 18883 (MQTT-TLS), as well as UDP ports 123 (NTP) and 1196 (VPN).
