Problem Solution
Pressing the
pedals/buttons
doesn’t do
anything on the
computer:
●
Check the pedal has power. When connected the LEDs should flash.

Check you have connected the cables properly. The MIDI Out on the Pedal
should go to the MIDI In on your interface. The MIDI In on the pedal should
go to the MIDI Out on the interface.

Check that you have selected the correct MIDI device in the preferences
panel (see Sonnit software manual).
●
Check you have correctly mapped the MIDI output of the pedal to the
software functions (see the Sonnit software manual). These should be
correct as default.
●
Use the MIDI Debug cable supplied with the pedal and connect it directly to
your computer USB port (changing the Sonnit Software MIDI preferences
as required). If this works there may be an issue with your audio interface.
