Using
the disc memo function, you can write a
comment of
up to
10 letters about a disc. The
memo appears in
the
window
every
time you put
the disc in the player.
You can
write one disc memo to a disc.

Put the
disc in the disc compartment and
press
the
disc
compartment
to
close it.
Make
sure that the total
number of
selections and
the total playing time
is
displayed.
Then
proceed
as
follows in the
stop mode.

MM
or
A blinking cursor
(indicating where
a
letter
will be written)
appears.

until the desired letter
appears.

symbols
Where Is the
disc memo
stored?
Before pressing FILE,
move the cursor
under the
letter/symbol
to The disc
memo is stored in
the compact disc
player’s
memory,
be changed,
and then
select the desired
letter/symbol
using
When
a
disc is put
in the player,
the player
identifies the disc by
the
total number of
selections and the
total
playing time. If a
disc
memo has been
made for that disc,
the
player
retrieves the memo
from its memory
and displays
it
in the window.
Therefore, as
the
disc memo is not located
on
the disc
itself, when the disc Is put in
another compact
disc
player, no memo
will be
displayed.
