Make sure that the 4K Media Player is connected to the HDMI input jack shown below according to the Sony
BRAVIA® TV you are using.
BRAVIA X9005 or X900 series, or 4K projectors (VPL-VW1100ES/VPL-VW500ES): HDMI IN 2 jack
Other BRAVIA series: HDMI IN 4 jack
