The 4K Media Player does not detect the USB device connected to the 4K Media Player.
Make sure that the USB device is securely connected to the (USB) port on the front of the 4K Media Player.
The EXTRA HDD (USB) port on the rear of the 4K Media Player is not available in some countries/regions.
Connect the USB device to the (USB) port on the front of the 4K Media Player.
Make sure the USB device or cable is not damaged.
Make sure the USB device is turned on.
If the USB device is connected via a USB hub, connect the USB device directly to the 4K Media Player instead.
