  If you cannot connect your Sony Speakers system to a service, ensure that the wireless LAN router/access point is turned on. Check the LINK indicator to confirm the network status. If connected through a wireless network, move the unit and the wireless LAN router/access point closer and redo the setup. If your Internet provider limits connections to one device, other devices will not be able to access the Internet. Relaunch the Network Audio Remote application after turning your mobile device off and on.

  Your Sony Speakers may be turning off automatically because they enter a selected standby mode after 30 minutes of inactivity. If the unit is being discharged and remains idle for another 30 minutes in network standby mode, it will enter another standby mode to save battery life.

  If the ?/1 (ON/Standby) indicator on your Sony Speakers is flashing in red, it means the system is in protect mode. To resolve this, press the ?/1 (ON/Standby) button or set the OPERATE ON/OFF switch to OFF, then set it to ON again, and then turn the unit on again.

  Your Sony Speakers may remain warm after being turned off because they are in network standby mode, where some internal parts remain active. To minimize power consumption, press the ?/1 (ON/Standby) button after setting the STANDBY MODE switch to STANDBY, or set the OPERATE ON/OFF switch to OFF. Note that with this setting, the unit cannot be operated using a controller.
