What to do if only the bar speaker or the subwoofer are
brought in for repair
If only the bar speaker or the subwoofer is brought in for repair situ-
ation, and either BT module or MAIN board is replaced, customers
themselves need to wireless connection (LINK) the bar speaker and
the subwoofer.
• If the customer was not performing the secure link:
It will automatically wireless connection (LINK) with the bar speak-
er and the subwoofer when turn the power on.
• If the customer was performing the secure link:
Customers themselves need to release the secure link of the bar
speaker or the subwoofer at hand of the customer and make a nor-
mal wireless connection. In that case, please inform the customer to
“What to do when not automatically wireless connection (LINK)”
on page 7.
In addition, if make a secure link again, please inform the customer
how to set up the secure link described in the operating instructions
(“Performing the Wireless Connection of the Subwoofer (SECURE
LINK)”).
DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE OF THE TOUCH KEY BOARD
The TOUCH KEY board is pasted to the inside of the top side of the
top panel with the double-sided tape.
When pasting the TOUCH KEY board to the top panel, cut the com-
mercially available double-sided tape to the size below and paste it
on the TOUCH KEY board, then paste the TOUCH KEY board to
the top panel.
Note: When pasting the TOUCH KEY board, please fi rmly press the
TOUCH KEY board against the top panel and paste it so that there is
no gap between the TOUCH KEY board and the top panel.

MALFUNCTION PREVENTION OF THE BUTTON (TOUCH
PANEL SWITCH)
When the button portion on the top side of the this unit are contact
with something, there is a possibility of occurring the malfunction.
When performing the operation check in the state that the top side
is under, set the stand etc. to the position that avoids the button por-
tion as shown in the fi gure below, perform in the state that the button
portion does not touch anything.

ABOUT THE REPAIRING OF BOARD
When boards installed in this unit are defective, boards will be re-
placed.
Individual electrical parts that mounted on the board cannot be re-
placed.
When each board is defective, replace each complete mounted board
individually.
CHECKING THE OPERATION AFTER REPAIR
After repair completion, use the TV, smartphone etc. corresponding
to this unit, and check the Bluetooth operation etc.
ABOUT THE THERMAL COMPOUND
The thermal compound is applied between U9 of the MAIN board
and the heat sink.
If you remove the heat sink from the MAIN board, be careful not to
wipe off the thermal compound.
