• Make sure to correctly connect the
control box to the light strip and the
power adapter.
Failed to coonect this
device in the app.
• Make sure to turn on Bluetooth on your
smartphone or tablet.
• Turn the light strip off, then turn it on to
try again.
• Keep the light strip 1m/3.28ft or closer to
your smartphone.
Cannot sync with music or
sounds.
• Keep the music source closer to the
control box.
• Clean out the mic on the control box.
Some LED beads do not
light up.
