• Install the steerer tube bracket base assembly on the steerer
tube. Re-install the steerer tube top cap.
• Place handlebar bracket on handlebar, attach the base mount
to the handlebar bracket with the included bolt.
• Adjust base to desired angle with bolt adjustment.
