      If your Sphere Webcam isn't working on certain video calling applications, make sure the correct camera is selected as the video source in the app's video settings. Also, go to Settings > Search Camera > Site Settings and ensure the applications you want to use are enabled and that the camera permissions are set to “allow”. Finally, check that the USB cable is properly connected to your laptop/computer's USB port.
