1. Locate and install parts as shown.

5/16 x 1.50” Hex Bolt X4
5/16 T-Nut X4
Note hole locations
Important - insert bolt into INSET hole
in plate and hole in beam X2
Important - insert bolt into END hole
in plate and hole in beam X2
