Description
Cast iron ball float steam trap with integral automatic air venting
facility. It is available with horizontal flanged connections as well as
vertical flanged connections.
Available types
FT43H, for horizontal installation with automatic airvent.
FT43V, for vertical installation with automativ airvent.
Other types see overleaf and on request.
Sizes and pipe connections
DN 25, standard flange to DIN 2501, PN16, flange surface to DIN
2526 form C, distance between flanges to DIN3548 short.
DN 15, 20 and 40 - 50, see separate data sheet.
Other types on request.

Installation
Traps for horizontal (H) connection must be fitted in horizontal pipe
lines; traps for vertical (V) connection must be fitted in vertical pipe
lines. In any case, the trap must be fitted with the float arm in a
horizontal plane so that it rises and falls vertically; therefore the
arrow on the nameplate must point downwards. Flow of the fluid
according the arrow casted on the body.
