Function Description:

This product is a recreational trampoline with an integrated safety enclosure and a unique "Flash LiteZone" accessory. The Flash LiteZone is an accessory installed underneath the trampoline mat that flashes a bright light on every bounce, intended to help guide the user to the center of the mat.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Maximum User Weight: The maximum weight of the user shall NOT exceed 110 lbs (50 kg) for this product.
  • Recommended Age: This product is intended for use by children between 3 to 10 years old. Trampolines over 20 inches (51 cm) tall are not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
  • Frame Components: The trampoline frame consists of Top Rails with Leg Sockets, Top Rails, and Leg Bases, all made of steel.
  • Springs: It uses 36 galvanized springs, 28N (5-1/2" Long).
  • Enclosure Components: The enclosure includes New Upper Frame Tubes with Foam, Lower Frame Tubes with Foam, Flat Steel, Flat Steel Sockets, and Enclosure Netting.
  • Flash LiteZone Power: The Flash LiteZone requires two AA (1.5V) batteries (not included).
  • Overhead Clearance: A minimum of 24 ft (7.3 meters) from ground level is recommended for adequate overhead clearance.
  • Lateral Clearance: Essential to maintain clear space on all sides of the product, away from walls, structures, fences, and other play areas.

Usage Features:

  • Safety Enclosure: The trampoline must be used with the enclosure properly installed and maintained. The enclosure netting must be closed during use to prevent users from falling out.
  • Flash LiteZone: This accessory provides visual guidance to the center of the mat with flashing lights during bounces. It is installed underneath the mat with the battery cover facing the ground.
  • Single User Policy: Only one user is permitted on the trampoline at any one time to prevent loss of control, collision, or falls.
  • Adult Supervision: Constant adult supervision is required, regardless of the user's skill level or age. The supervisor is responsible for enforcing safety rules and ensuring proper use.
  • Controlled Bouncing: Users are instructed to start and maintain their jump at the center of the mat, avoid bouncing too high, and learn to control their bounce before attempting advanced skills.
  • Mounting and Dismounting: Proper techniques involve placing hands on the frame and stepping or rolling up onto the frame, across the springs, and onto the mat. Jumping directly onto or off the trampoline is prohibited.
  • Prohibited Actions: Somersaults, flips, and other similar conduct are strictly prohibited due to the risk of serious injury, paralysis, or death. Using the trampoline under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication is also forbidden.
  • Environmental Conditions: The trampoline should not be used during windy conditions or if the surface is wet. It should be placed on a completely flat and level surface, such as grass or sand, not hard surfaces like concrete.
  • No Foreign Objects: Users must remove all hard or sharp objects (jewelry, eyeglasses, etc.) before jumping and should not take toys or other items onto the trampoline.
  • Clothing: Loose-fitting clothing that may catch or snag should be avoided. Footwear is not to be worn. Long hair should be tied back.

Maintenance Features:

  • Regular Inspection: Daily pre-inspection is required before each use. This includes checking legs for proper attachment or cracks, netting for tears and sagging, springs for looseness or damage, mat for tears or worn stitching, and the frame for sagging or cracks.
  • Enclosure Net and Pad Maintenance: The enclosure netting and frame pad are prone to wear and tear due to UV rays, airborne pollution, and outdoor weather conditions.
    • 1 to 3 Months: Inspect the enclosure (net, net hanger, and straps) prior to every use.
    • 3 to 6 Months: Thorough inspection for UV damage and prior to every use for net, net hanger, and straps.
    • 6 to 12 Months: Thorough inspection before every use on net, net hanger, straps, zippers, ties, and strings. Replace after 12 months or earlier if necessary.
    • Yearly Replacement: It is recommended that the net be replaced on a yearly basis under normal use, even if no visible signs of damage are present. The trampoline enclosure net and pad should be replaced every 12 months, or earlier if signs of wear, tear, brittleness, cracking, stretching, or weakness are observed.
  • Replacement Parts: Only genuine Sportspower replacement parts, purchased from authorized dealers, are recommended to ensure product performance and safety. Using non-genuine parts may void the warranty.
  • Storage: The trampoline and enclosure must be stored away during harsh weather conditions (extreme wind, heat, freezing temperatures) and secured from unauthorized use when not in use. The Flash LiteZone should be removed and stored in a dry place when not in use and switched off to preserve battery life.
  • Rust Protection: In areas with high salt and moisture content, painting the trampoline frame and springs with a rust-resistant clear coat paint is recommended to protect steel components.
  • Anchoring: Due to the risk of wind causing the trampoline to become airborne, site-specific anchoring through a licensed local contractor is strongly advised. Damage from wind or severe weather is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Disassembly and Moving: For moving the trampoline a short distance, all leg joints should be taped together, and two or more people should lift it from the ground without dragging. For longer distances or during periods of non-use, disassembly and reassembly in the new location are recommended.
