The CBS is intended for serving food and keeping it hot, with a maximum temperature of 90°C.
Prohibited uses include cooking, transporting hot dishes, using unauthorized wind shields, inappropriate heat sources, or operating without water.
Handle with caution due to weight and potential for hot steam. Check water level periodically to prevent overheating and damage.
Smother flames with a damp cloth made of natural fibers. Avoid using wet cloths or synthetic materials.
Follow operating instructions, avoid flammable materials, and ensure proper supervision for children and inexperienced users.
The cover has a built-in brake, allowing it to be set in three positions: closed, 60° angle, or fully open (90°).
Open cover, lift insert using the rear arm. Be cautious of hot inserts and escaping steam. Check water level frequently.
Includes 1 water bath, 1 stainless steel insert, and 1 cover with brake.
Various inserts (round, GN 2/3, stainless steel, porcelain), stand, built-in induction, fuel paste, and cleaner are available.
Wash inserts in dishwasher; hand-wash water bath and cover. Use Spring Inox cleaner for best results.
The cover's braking function may weaken with use; replacement sets are available from dealers.
Store the CBS in a dry location away from dust to maintain its condition.
