5 Scope of Delivery
The scope of delivery includes:

6 Cleaning
• Switch off the induction or Ceran burner or extinguish the fuel paste.
• Allow the chafing dish to cool down.
• Open the cover completely and lift it off.
• Remove the insert and pour the water out of the water bath.
• You can clean the porcelain or stainless steel insert in the dishwasher. The water bath and the cover
with the brake should be washed by hand. We recommend Spring Inox cleaner for easy cleaning.
7 Servicing / Maintenance
• With increased use it is possible that the braking function of the cover may weaken.
• In this event, the brake must be replaced. Replacement sets can be ordered from your Spring dealer:

8 Storage
Store the CBS in a dry location away from dust.
