Getting started with your Harmonic 3.0 headphones involves a few simple steps. First, ensure the headphones are adequately charged using the provided USB-C charging cable. The LED indicator will show a red light during charging and turn blue once fully charged. A full charge typically takes about 1.5 hours. iOS devices will also display the battery status on their screen.
To power on the headphones, press and hold the power/play/pause button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will alternately flash blue and red. To power off, repeat the same action.
Pairing your headphones via Bluetooth is straightforward. From a powered-off state, press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. If the headphones are already on, press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds. The LED indicator will flash blue/red until a device is connected. Charging should always be done using the provided USB-C cable and a suitable power source, such as a Sprout AC power adapter, car charger, or computer USB connection. Protect the charging cable from being pinched, especially at the connectors, to prevent damage. It is recommended to unplug the charging cable during lightning storms or when the headphones are not in use for extended periods. While the headphones can be used for up to 35 hours on a single charge, it's generally not recommended to use them while charging.
For cleaning, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the headphones. The protein leather ear pads with memory foam are designed for comfort and can be gently wiped clean.
If you encounter any issues or wish to restore the headphones to their factory settings, you can do so by connecting them to a computer via the USB A to USB C cable and pressing the Vol+ and Vol- buttons together for 5 seconds. The LED indicating light will flash blue 6 times to confirm the reset.
