Q: My device will not charge?
A: Ensure you have a wireless charging compatible phone.
Q: My device will not magnetically align?
A: Ensure you have a Qi2 or MagSafe compatible device.
If you are using a case, ensure that it is also MagSafe
or Qi2 compatible.
Q: My device appears to be slow to charge?
A: If using a case, ensure that it is Qi2 or MagSafe
compatible.
A: Please note that only Qi2 cases and devices ofer up
to 15W charging speeds.
These devices currently include:
iPhone 13 Series (with iOS 17.2 or later)
iPhone 14 Series (with iOS 17.2 or later)
iPhone 15 Series

A: Also note the thickness and material of the case can
afect the perormance of the charging speed. Devices also
optimise charging based on temperature to improve the
safety and longevity of the device.
Q: My Qi compatible headphones will not charge?
A: Ensure that they are placed in the centre of the Qi
headphone charging pad. Please note your headphones
charging case should be in the correct orientation to charge,
as some headphones may charge from the base of the
case, or the back of the case.

Read all instructions and warnings prior to using this
product. Improper use of this product may resul in
product damage, excess heat, toxic fumes, fire or
explosion.
1. Do not use the Qi2 Magnetic 3-in-1 Wireless
Charger near an open fire, heat source or
excessive heat.
2. Do not atempt to power this device using any
method, apparatus, or connection other than a
USB-C cable.
3. With the exception of MagSafe or Qi2
compatible cases, do not place metal objects or
magnets between the device and the wireless
charging pad.
4. Protect your charging cable from being pinched
paricularly at the connectors.
5. Unplug your cable and charger from the wall
outlet during lightning storms or when unused
for long periods of time.
6. Do not disassemble this device or atempt to
modify it in any manner. All Sprout products go
through thorough quality assurance inspections.
If you find that your device is excessively hot,
is emiting odour, is deformed, abraded, cut or
is experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal
phenomenon, immediately stop all product use
and contact Sprout.
