If you are experiencing issues with your earbuds,
such as failure of TWS pairing or functionality issues,
you can try to reset your earbuds.
1. Forget the ‘Stride TWS’ in your device’s
Bluetooth list.
2. Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
Tap and hold the multifunction button on both
earbuds for 5 seconds to turn them off.
3. Tap and hold the multifunction buttons on
both earbuds for 10 seconds, until the red
and blue indicator flashes rapidly.
Note: You can reset the left and right earbuds
independently or at the same time.
4. The earbuds have been reset to the default
settings. Then to re-connect to your device
refer to ‘Bluetooth pairing’ above.
