Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to
a major failure. If you have any questions about your
rights in relation to this product, please return it to
point of sale or contact us at
www.sproutinc.com.au. This warranty does not
affect your legal statutory rights under the Australian
Consumer Law. For more information about your rights

Your STride TWS True Wireless Earbuds are warranted
to the original owner for 24 months from the date of
purchase against defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service. The warranty does
not cover misuse of this product and liability will not
exceed the purchase price of the product.

3. Do not place Stride TWS charging case on a
wireless charger when conductive materials, such
as metal objects and magnets, are placed between
the charging case and the wireless charger. The
charging case may not charge properly, may
overheat or cause damage.
4. Children are at risk of choking if the Stride TWS
earbuds are swallowed. Please keep out of reach
from children.
Cautions (indicates a potentially hazardous situation
which if mishandled could result in moderate personal
injury and /or property damage):
1. Do not put Stride TWS in your ears without the tips.
Doing so may hurt your ears. Do not pull the tip
excessively when you attach/detach it. The wing
tip may tear.
2. Do not pierce, crush, dent, or deform Stride TWS
in any way.
3. Do not attempt to service Stride TWS yourself.
Opening or removing covers may expose you to
hazards and will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
4. To prevent risk of fire or electric shock, avoid
overloading wall outlets, extension cords, or integral
convenience receptacles.
5. Prevent the charger from contact with conductive
materials, such as liquids, dust, metal powders,
and pencil leads.
