1. Stride TWS includes active ear hooks to add an
additional wearing option, particularly for those
engaged in active exercise.
2. To connect the active ear hooks, gently insert the
active ear hook plug into the base of the earbud*.
Guide pins will assist in alignment.
3. Once fully inserted, rotate the ear hook clockwise
15 degrees to engage the locking mechanism.
4. To disconnect active ear hook, rotate 15 degrees
clockwise. When you feel the lock mechanism
release, gently withdraw the ear hook from the
base of earbud*.
*Do not force either earbud or active ear hook. If force
is required, remove the ear hook and begin alignment
process again.
Please note: while using active ear hooks, the earbuds
I and II are designed to be used on the opposite ear
to when used stand alone.

How to attach active ear hooks
Charging the earbuds
Charge the earbuds by placing them into the charging
case and carefully aligning the wireless contacts on
both the earbud and case.
LED indications on left and right of the charging
case battery LED indicator bar will illuminate while
charging the earbuds.
LED indicators will turn off when earbuds are fully
charged.
Charging the case
Charge the case with USB Type-C cable or by placing
the case on a compatible wireless charger.
