Your SPT Air Conditioner might not be cooling effectively due to several reasons: the windows or doors in the room may not be closed (ensure they are closed and remove heat sources if possible), there might be heat sources inside the room (remove them if possible), the exhaust air duct may not be connected or is blocked (connect the duct and ensure it functions properly), the temperature setting may be too high (decrease the set temperature), or the air filters may be dirty (clean the air filters).
