If your SPT Air Conditioner isn't cooling sufficiently, several factors could be at play. First, ensure all windows and doors in the room are closed to prevent heat from entering. Remove any heat sources from the room. Check that the exhaust air duct is properly connected and not blocked, allowing it to function correctly. Also, consider decreasing the set temperature. Lastly, a blocked air filter can impede cooling, so clean the air filter or place the unit on a flat, level surface.
