Speed Interval Program (cont):
Rest interval Intensity: Text line will prompt “
Rest Intensity

Use the up/down arrows to change speed from the default
of 4, in 1-unit increments. Press
<Enter>
to select.
Time: Text line will prompt “

”.
Use up/down arrows to change the total workout time from
the default of 20 minutes, in1minute increments. Press
<Enter>
to select.
After this data entry is complete, the program advances into
workout mode.
Constant Heart Rate Program:
Selecting:
While the display is scrolling “Results you want”, it is ready to
begin program selection. Press the up/down arrow and the LED
will advance through the program selections. When the
appropriate program LED is lit, hit the
<enter
> button to select.
Accepting Defaults:
Press the green
<quick start>
button at the beginning of data
entry to accept the default settings. The console will prompt
each user to enter their weight and the program will begin.
Entering custom settings:
Weight: Text line will prompt:
“Weight”.
Use the up/down arrows to change weight from the default
of 175#’s, in 5# increments. Press
<enter>
to select.
Target Heart Rate: Text line will prompt:
“Target HR”.
Use the up/down arrows to change heart rate from the
default of 125, in 5 unit increments. Press
<Enter>
to
select.
Time: Text line will prompt
“time”.
