CALORIE AND WORK CALCULATION
Watts and calories are calculated based on the amount of work the user performs to move the belt at a specic RPM speed
and a specic resistance setting. These values are reported the same for all users. Actual calories burned will vary based on
the users gender, size, and physical condition. These calculations DO NOT take into account the amount of additional work
performed if the farmer carry arms are used. Due to varying belt age and lubrication, users may feel an up to 10% variation
in resistance between HIITMill or HIITMill X products.
