Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Front Stand

Attaches the FRONT STAND(3) to the RAIL(1) using HEX BOLTS(76).

Step 2: Install Pedals

Installs pedal caps, spacers, and secures them to the front stand with bolts and washers.

Step 3: Install Seat and Bumper

Slides the SEAT(54) onto the RAIL(1) and secures the BUMPER(45). Adjusts seat roller nuts.

Step 4: Attach Rear Stand

Attaches the REAR STAND(2) to the RAIL(1) using flat head bolts.

Step 5: Attach Rail Cap

Attaches the RAIL CAP(46) to the REAR STAND(2) using round head screws.

Step 6: Unfold Fan Assembly

Unfolds the FAN ASSEMBLY by removing locking knob and pull pin.

Step 7: Secure Support Frame

Locks the SUPPORT FRAME(4) with the LOCKING KNOB(44) and inserts the PULL PIN(43).

Step 8: Install Meter and Batteries

Installs batteries in the METER(35) and connects wires to the console.
