Also, the gas nozzle could be jammed, requiring repair or replacement of the welding gun. The welding gun gas tube might be damaged, which would necessitate replacing the solenoid valve. If you hear no make-break sound from the solenoid valve, ask professional personnel to repair the control panel. The solenoid valve may be damaged or the solenoid valve control circuit may have failed.
