Streamed audio is
not synchronized
with the television
picture.
Many new televisions
(such as HDTVs) take
a long time to process
the video signal, so they
may delay the audio to
maintain synchronization.
• Try using another audio
output jack (which
may require a different
type of cable) on your
television.
• Try using another
electronic audio
source. For example,
if currently using cable
box, try the audio OUT
on a television or vice
versa.
• Some electronic
audio sources (such
as televisions or A/V
receivers) have a built-in
option to adjust the
timing sequence of
audio and video.

streaming from the
TV streamer.
Your power cord is
plugged in to your
audio source.
If you power the device
from the TV you must use
the optical cord.

The TV Streamer should be stored and transported within the
temperature and humidity ranges of -40˚C (-40˚F) to +60˚C (140˚F)
and 10%- 95% relative humidity, and altitude limits 70 kPa – 106 kPa
(equivalent to altitudes from 1,200 ft (380 m) below sea level to 10,000 ft (3,000 m).
The TV device is designed to operate indoors in the range of temperatures from 0˚C (32˚F) to
40˚C (104˚F).
Clinical Benefit
The accessory itself does not provide a direct clinical benefit. An indirect clinical benefit
is provided by enabling the parent device (wireless hearing aids) to achieve their intended
purpose.
