Introduction
The PEXUSB3S2E2I 4 Port PCI Express USB 3.0 Controller Card adds 2 external USB
3.0 ports and two internal USB 3.0 motherboard headers to a PCI Express enabled
computer system. SuperSpeed USB 3.0 supports transfer rates up to 5 Gbps while still
working with older USB 2.0/1.x devices.
An onboard USB 3.0 motherboard header allows for connecting internal or front panel
mounted USB 3.0 devices (i.e. card readers or hubs) without a special adapter or cable.
With a built-in SATA power connector, each USB port can deliver up to 900mA of power
to USB 3.0 devices (500mA for USB 2.0), by connecting to your computer power supply.
Compatible with both Full Prole or Low prole/half-height computer cases
