Class B detection circuits require a resistor to be placed in series in the circuit. The end
of line device (EOL) PN 830007 provides a series resistance of 470k ohms. The EOL
consists of a two position Deutsch connector with an over molded 470k ohm resistor.
The EOL provides a high resistance closed loop to each of the SDRP panel’s two
detection circuits. A break or open in the circuit indicates a Trouble condition to the
SDRP. A detection circuit closure of approximately 100 ohms indicates a fire or over
heat condition to the SDRP.
